Logging In to the System

If you would prefer to watch a video guide on how to log into the system please click here

Once you have clicked the "Login" button, you will enter the "Citizen's Portal". This allows you to log in to the system:

Now enter the username and password that were sent to you in the post:
If you have any problems logging in, please see our "Help Logging In" section for advice on what to do next.

If this is the first time you have logged in, you will be asked to change your password. Enter the password you have been sent, followed by a new password that you will remember easily. Please don't write this down or tell anyone what it is:
See our "Hints on changing your password" section for more information.

At this stage you may be asked to consent for the sharing of your personal details. Please read the statement carefully and if you are happy to proceed, check the box shown. At the current time agreement is not essential and will not prevent you from accessing your diabetes information. In future the One Scotland Citizen Portal aims to allow you access to all of your public service information.

Once this process has been completed, you will have access to your information:

You can now look at your information by clicking the button marked "View your personal data".

When you have finished using the system, please logout using the button in the top right corner of the screen. For security, please close your browser when requested.
