Self-Management Week 2018
This year's Self-Management Week which will take place next week between 1st and 5th October. Self-Management Week takes place every year to raise awareness of and showcase the huge benefits self-management can bring to people's lives. The theme this year is 'Gaun Yersel!' - a celebration of the 10 year anniversary of the first self-management strategy for Scotland.

My Diabetes My Way App
The new My Diabetes My Way App has now been available on iOS and Android for a few weeks, and we now have over 2,500 downloads! We are aware of a few "teething" problems but encourage you to review our user guide if you are having difficulty setting it up:
